I'm settling back into a routine, now that we've been in Harrisonburg for six weeks. Here's my weekday schedule:
6:30 or so: I wake up and drink a bottle
7:30: Papi takes me to day care
During the day: I eat breakfast, have a nap, play with other babies, eat lunch, crawl all over the place, and give no one any trouble
5:00: Papi picks me up from day care
6:00: I eat dinner
6:30: I have a bath
7:00: I have another bottle and go to sleep.
My day is soooo cramped. You wouldn't understand.
But even with this busy schedule, I've found time to start a band. It's called
Lexie and the Adventure Femmes
Mommy is one of the Femmes. We don't have any others yet to justify the plural, but she says Papi could be one. He says he has to think about it.
I'm working on a new song! Here's a listen:
I haven't quite found my sound yet. So I'm experimenting with some nontraditional instruments. Oye. I call it Doing-Doing.
What do you think?
Did you check out last week's video of me walking with the rolly thing? Watch this!:
Yesterday, we went to the Obama election headquaters in Harrisonburg and we signed his good-luck book. I will turn one year old three days after he is elected president. What a happy birthday it will be! Papi says, though, that the polls indicate a negative shift in Obama's numbers. I don't know what that means, but Papi says the race will be very, very close. Buena suerte, Barack! Obamanos!
Kisses!
